Shipping Information

At Leyla Abayas, we aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible. We ship to a variety of locations, both domestic and international. Please see the details below regarding our shipping policies:

1. Domestic Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. However, during peak times, processing may take longer. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

2. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on the destination. Shipping fees are calculated via the courier website.

  • Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by their local customs authority. These fees are not included in the shipping charges at checkout and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times for international orders vary by country and shipping method, but typically take between 7-21 business days after processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided that the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on personalised, custom, or sale items unless they are faulty.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and details of the items you wish to return.

  3. We will send you instructions on how to return the items.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Domestic Returns: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your items, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly shipped.

  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders as well. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at leyla.abayas@outlook.com / via instagram @leyla.abayas with your name, order number and details of the items you wish to report. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement, as appropriate.

  • Proof of Fault: In the case of faulty items, we require images to be provided as proof of the fault before we process the return. This ensures that we can address the issue promptly.

  • Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

5. Refunds

Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in exchanging your item, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Important Notes:

  • Item Condition: All items must be returned unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as sale or personalised items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
